1.) Download and unzip the Plus! Theme Pack. Place the Plus folder on the desktop. This folder must be here for it to work properly.

2.) In the Plus! Folder, right click the file called THEMES.exe and choose Properties.

3.) Click on the compatibility tab and check “Run this program in compatibility mode”.

4.) Choose Windows 98, and Click Apply, then OK.

5.) Double click the THEMES.exe file to run the program. There are several Windows 98 themes that you can choose.

6.) To use one of my themes, unzip the file, extract all the elements from the folder, and place all of them in the Plus! folder on the desktop. All the elements must be directly in this folder and not in a subfolder.

7.) Click the THEMES.exe, use the drop down menu, choose a theme, and apply. If the icons don't automatically change, refresh the desktop by right clicking anywhere on the desktop and click Refresh.

8.) You can save the theme In Windows 7 in the Personalize window for future use without using the .theme file, by accessing it from the "My Themes" area.
